JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the CEO and she will primarily be responsible for administrative support of all projects. The applicants will act as a director, with full authorization, duties and responsibility for the promotion of the company. The applicant must also be capable of generating his own ideas and projects. With can-do attitude and ability to make decisions. Willingness to become in the nearest future (under the coaching/mentoring of existing CEO) the CEO of the Company is welcome.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES։
• Oversee and conduct company's electronic marketing efforts, including supervision of Web site design, maintenance and content updating
• Work with clients/potential clients
• Coordinate all administrative issues for events and trainings.
• Develop promotional materials and coordinate advertising activities
• Answer phone calls and inquiries
• Provide interested parties with relevant information if appropriate
• Make a translations from/into Armenian-English-Russian languages
• Be responsible for outgoing and incoming documentation and correspondence
• Keep email communication and negotiate with foreign and local partners
• Organize and schedule Company’s internal and external meetings
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the CEO.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
• University degree in Marketing, Management or Languages preferable
• Fluent/Advanced level in English, Russian and Armenian (oral and written)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of creativity and self thinking
• Good mental and arithmetical skills
• PC skills, experience with MS Office (knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Being Proactive person

OTHER INFORMATION:
• The incumbent will be included in all Company's activities both physically and financially
• She will have an opportunity to participate in all training and seminars, organized by the Company
• Salary - 20% from any and all company's activity for probationary period (2-3 month), after it the minimal salary +%
